Douglas describes his reasoning for creating DR Analytics Recruitment: “I have data experience, an established data industry network as well as a recruitment background - the intersection is a unique data professionals recruitment agency which has the ability to carefully discern business’ data needs and provide suitable, high quality data professionals.  When someone says they have SQL and Power BI experience, I know it’s a safe bet they won’t be confident in a programming role or in a workplace requiring the manipulation of unstructured data. But they will excel in a business that has established data pipelines and requires a final person to visualise the data.”
